Whiteboards & Diagramming in Notes

You can now create rich diagrams, charts and drawings directly in Sapience Notes!

The tool includes all of the drawing primitives you would expect from a diagramming tool, but takes it further with a series of more advanced tools. More will be coming soon - so stay tuned!

Flow charts: want to build a flow-chart like the one below? There are built-in widgets for that. Use these for decision frameworks, user journey maps, anything that has a linear or branching flow to it.

Org charts: we built-in widgets to make creating org charts easy. See below for an example.

Mockups & Wireframes: working on an app or a website? Use the mockup tools under “containers” to easily mockup a website, app or anything else!

First thing to do, is in the Note Editor, go up to the insert menu and look for this option:

Now we are in the diagram editor, which brings an amazing set of diagramming tools to you, out-of-the-box, and for free inside Sapience. You could go and spend hundreds of dollars for Viso… or you could use Sapience!

Click Insert Diagram, and it will drop into the rest of your Note…

Org Charts:

To create an org chart, just open up the Org Chart section of the left toolbar. Then drag and drop your components and set the lines how you want them:

Mockups & Wireframes:

Here below you can see a mockup of an ecommerce website. To create this, open the “containers” section of the left toolbar, drag in a browser container, and then build out your wireframe the way you want!
