All My Tasks View
Manage work accross all Projects
Manage Your Work Accross Many Projects
The All Tasks view allows you to quickly manage work you need to do and more importantly work you’ve given to other humans and AI Agents. You can also customize the views, download to excel and more.
Overview
With the All My Tasks view, you can quickly see every Task you own as well as every task assigned to you, accross all Projects within Sapience. Use this to get a birds-eye-view of all your work, and how it all inter-connects. This view helps you manage both work you have to do, and work you have given to others, including AI Agents.
Things to Know
- Work you have created: Shows all Tasks you have created in any Project, regardless of who they are assigned to.
- Work you have to do: Also shows all Tasks that are assigned to you in all Projects, regardless of who created them.
- Powerful filtering: You can use the filters at the top to see just those assigned to you, or just those you’ve created. You can filter by different columns for different purposes:
- Status: quickly view work that is blocked or in progress or yet to be done. See work marked as ‘needs review’.
- Priority: filter to tasks that are High priority, etc.
- Due Date: filter to a date or a date range, so you can see upcoming work. The tasks that are overdue show their due date in red.
- Project: the project labels are clickable, but you can also filter by them.
Grouping To View Data Your Way
Any column can be used to GROUP data, and this is very powerful. It lets you see the data clustered around groups that you care about. For example, want to see all of the high priority tasks in a bucket? Right click priority in the table header, and select group by this column:

Now the data will render in the grid grouped by that column. In this case we grouped by priority, so we see:

Export to Excel
As part of our “database view” system, the All-My-Tasks view inherits a lot of its power. One of those powers is to export all the data to excel. To use this, you can filter, group, change the data to whatever presentation you like on the All-My-Tasks page. Then look for the export button in the toolbar.
It looks like this:

You can either export all data to excel, or just the selected data. Once done, it looks like this:
