Tags are a great way to organize your different resources in Sapience (files, notes, projects, etc)
Manage & Browse By Tags
Tags are a powerful way to organize your resources and are particularly useful as your Sapience workspace grows in complexity. They work the same as tags in Gmail or notetakers like Notion and Evernote. You can tag chats, files, notes, tasks, projects and then manage them from this view.

Things to know:
- Filter/Search: By clicking on one of the tag badges at the top. The view will then show you all the resources across your workspace that are tagged with that item.
- Clear: hitting the X next to a tag will wipe the tag from all the resources that are currently using it. Note that it will first do a dry run and tell you how many objects would be affected and ask your permission to make certain you want to do this.
- Rename: if you've got objects already tagged and you don't want to have to manually go around your workspace and change that tag, you can rename them in this view by clicking the pencil icon next to the tag name.
- Clean up / Tidy Up: if you expand the tidy up tag section, Sapience will auto-detect where you've got tags that look similar and might want to be consolidated, and other convenience features which, again, are particularly useful for accounts with lots of resources in them.
